“Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about finding the strength that’s already there.”
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe in creating a space where you can breathe, reflect, and feel truly seen—a space where your challenges are met with compassion and your strengths are celebrated.
With a foundation in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and training in adoption-competent care and crisis support for youth and families, I tailor every session to fit your unique journey. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. I meet you where you are—whether that’s navigating grief, burnout, identity, relationships, or systemic harm.
As someone with extensive frontline experience, I understand the emotional toll of caregiving, the weight of workplace stress, and the isolation that can come with burnout, harassment, or bullying. I’ve been there—not just beside you, but with you. My advocacy for frontline workers is ongoing, and I offer a safe, judgment-free space to explore how your work, relationships, and inner world intersect.
Therapy with me isn’t just about validation—though that’s part of it. It’s also about sitting with discomfort, finding clarity in the chaos, and slowly, steadily reconnecting with your own sense of wholeness. I believe that life is complex—beautiful and brutal, often at the same time—and that healing happens when we allow ourselves to be fully human in the presence of another.
Let’s walk this path together—towards resilience, growth, and a deeper sense of self.
